Due to the nature of digital services and downloadable products, all sales are generally considered final once work has started or digital content has been delivered.
However, we value customer satisfaction and will review every refund request fairly.
2. Eligible Refund Requests

- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You paid for a service that we are unable to provide.
The purchased service has not yet been started, and you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
A technical issue on our side prevents delivery of the purchased product or service.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Completed consulting services.
- Digital downloads or documents that have already been delivered.
- Customized reports, business advice, or personalized consultation.
- Domain name recommendations or brokerage services after work has begun.
- Affiliate products or third-party services purchased through external links.
- Any service where the agreed scope has already been partially or fully completed.
4. Consultation Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable after the consultation session has been completed.
If Towfiq.xyz needs to cancel a scheduled consultation, you may choose either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled appointment.
5. Affiliate Products and Third-Party Services
Towfiq.xyz participates in affiliate marketing programs and may recommend products or services from third-party providers.
Refunds for products or services purchased from third-party websites must be requested directly from the respective provider according to their own refund policies.
Towfiq.xyz cannot process refunds for purchases made on external websites.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide:
- Your full name
- Order or transaction ID
- Payment date
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documents (if applicable)
- Each request will be reviewed individually.

If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
8. Chargebacks
